RETURN POLICY:
All returns must
be accompanied by a Return Goods Authorization Number (RGA #). Call us
and we will supply you with the appropriate number. There is no restocking
charge for defective merchandise or shipping errors. Returns for any other
reason will be subjected to a 15% restocking fee. Customers must pay freight
on all returned goods. We can not accept COD return shipments. All returns
must be within 60 days of the purchase date and all returned merchandise
must be in good condition and in their original packaging. No credit will
be given for merchandise not returned with an RGA number clearly marked
on the outside of the package. No refunds will be given for electrical
parts after they have been installed. Defective electrical parts will
be replaced with the same part number.
